Yes, you can. Bonus and benefits are also accumulated when using Apple Watch, follow these steps:

1. Add your S-Etukortti card to Apple Wallet via S-mobiili on your iPhone.
2. Go to your phone settings and select iCloud > Apps using iCloud/Saved to iCloud (Show all >).
3. Ensure that both the Watch and Wallet apps are activated. (In newer iOS versions only Wallet.)
4. The synchronization between iPhone and Apple Watch is now enabled, and you can accumulate Bonus and other co-op member benefits with Apple Watch.

When a cardholder logs in to S-mobiili with their own banking credentials, they can add the S-Etukortti card to Apple Wallet through S-mobiili’s Minä (“Me”) section.

Mobile vouchers are redeemed as usual by showing the opened voucher at the checkout and clicking on the “Lunasta kuponki” (“Redeem voucher”) button before payment.

No. The S-Etukortti card is scanned from Apple Wallet using NFC technology between the payment terminal and your iPhone or Apple Watch.

You can add your S-Etukortti card to your Apple Wallet with an iPhone that has iOS 15 or a newer operating system. The iPhone must have the latest version of the S-mobiili app. You can then also use the S-Etukortti card with Apple Watch as long as sync between the iPhone and Apple Watch is enabled.

Although S-mobiili can be used on devices such as iPads, users cannot add S-Etukortti cards to the Apple Wallet on these devices because iPads do not have the Apple Wallet app. Also, the S-Etukortti card cannot be viewed in the Wallet on an iPad.

The Collect and Scan service cannot be used with an S-Etukortti card in Apple Wallet. You can use the scanners with a physical S-Etukortti card.

Apple Wallet separately lists payment cards and other cards such as loyalty cards and tickets. Yes, you can. The S-Etukortti card needed to earn Bonus and the S-Etukortti Visa card used to pay are basically two separate cards in Apple Wallet. So you can choose to earn Bonus using the S-Etukortti card in your Apple Wallet and pay with cash, a gift card, or another payment card in your Apple Wallet.

However, when you pay with your S-Bank payment card at S Group stores, you get a 0.5% payment method-related benefit on top of your normal Bonus, including through Apple Pay.

We update changed name details or the information about the activation of paperless transactions, for example, to the S-Etukortti card in Apple Wallet almost immediately. Please make sure that you have allowed automatic updates for the S-Etukortti card in Apple Wallet. If you have not, please allow them and wait for a moment.

If the details are still not updated, please contact our customer service.

If you have not allowed automatic updates of the S-Etukortti card, the card will expire after a certain time. The card can be re-activated after you have allowed automatic updates.

If the card is still indicated as expired, remove the card completely and add it again from the start in S-mobiili.
