S-Biili serves co-op members on the road

S-Biili brings services for co-op members and S-Bank to smaller villages.

S-Biili serves at your local store's parking lot

Does the journey to the nearest Prisma to handle matters related to your co-op membership or S-Bank feel too long? Welcome to S-Biili!

S-Biili is a mobile service unit that travels within the cooperative’s area, parking to serve co-op members, for example, at the nearest Sale parking lot. S-Biili serves co-op members in Northern Finland, South Ostrobothnia, North Savo, Central Finland, and North Karelia.

S-Biili services

Inside S-Biili, there is a service point where you can sit down with a service representative and take care of matters related to your co-op membership and S-Bank services.

In S-Biili, you can:

  • Become a co-op member or make changes to your co-op membership
  • Add family members to your co-op member household
  • Get support in using digital services for co-op members, such as S-mobiili
  • Receive good tips on how to make the most of your co-op member benefits

S-Bank services:

  • Open an account
  • Set up or renew online banking codes
  • Apply for  S-Laina (S-Loan) or S-Etukortti Visa card
  • Get guidance on using S-mobiili and online banking
  • General advice on banking matters

In S-Biili, you can access nearly all the same services as at the larger Co-op Member and S-Bank Service Points. However, cash services are not handled in S-Biili. S-Account withdrawals and deposits can be made at the nearby store’s checkout counter.

When you come to handle your banking matters, please bring an official identification document, such as your passport or ID card.

S-BIILI TOUR SCHEDULES AND BOOKINGS

You can find the regional S-Biili tour schedules on the cooperative’s dedicated S-Biili pages. Additionally, the arrival of S-Biili at your local store will be announced in advance, including on-site notifications.

Generally, you do not need to book an appointment in advance. You can visit the customer service representative by taking a queue number from the machine, which is conveniently located inside the premises. An exception to this is Osuuskauppa Arina, where appointments are required.

Note: The temperature limit for S-Biili is typically -25 degrees Celsius. However, we recommend checking the current status on your co-op’s own S-Biili pages to ensure the service is available.
