S-mobiili is your go-to app where your S-Etukortti, shopping, and banking are conveniently at your fingertips.

With S-mobiili you can:

How to get started:

You can start using S-mobiili with either S-Bank or any other bank's online banking credentials or mobile certificate, as long as you are a co-op member.

You'll get access to S-Bank services in S-mobiili when you have an account with S-Bank and online banking credentials. For security reasons, S-mobiili can only be activated in Finland.

Common queries about S-mobiili

  • You can use S-mobiili on iPhone and Android smartphones. Make sure your device has the following or newer operating systems: iOS 15 or Android 8.0.

    How to check your operating system version:

    • iOS: Settings -> General -> About. Here you’ll find your device’s software version and model.
    • Android (e.g., Samsung Galaxy S10): Settings -> About phone -> Software information

    • Android (e.g., Nokia 3): Settings -> System -> System Update
  • Download S-mobiili from your phone’s app store (currently available on Google Play and Apple’s AppStore). You can download the app on either an Android or iPhone. S-mobiili is not currently available on Huawei Android phones without access to Google Play Store.

    You’ll need S-Bank’s or another bank’s online banking credentials for the first login, and you must be a co-op member.

    A text message confirmation is required during S-mobiili setup to enable banking services within the app. For this, your co-op member information must include a phone number to receive the confirmation message. You can add your number to your co-op member information either in S-Bank’s online banking or at the nearest S-Bank customer service point.

    During the first login, you’ll set up S-mobiili authentication, allowing you to log in with fingerprint, a self-selected PIN, or Face ID on iOS devices with facial recognition.

  • S-mobiili is your bank on your phone. You can view account transactions and pay bills. You can also view your cards, adjust card security settings, and check credit transactions.   • Offers are displayed based on relevance. If an offer is valid at multiple locations, the nearest location is shown if location services are enabled. If not, the system displays the most relevant location.

    General content in S-mobiili is displayed to all co-op members of different cooperative societies, in a relevant order for each co-op member. Therefore, the content stream may include offers from other parts of Finland or from cooperatives other than your own.

    Using the search function, you can search for current content at a specific location. You can search for coupons or other content by the location’s name, address, or city.

  • The publication date of the content may differ from the validity period. Therefore, for example, a coupon may be visible before it can be redeemed to ensure you receive information about the offer before it starts. In such cases, the redemption button is white.     Offers available in S-mobiili are also visible to logged-in co-op members in the ‘Offers and Tips’ section of their S Account (https://s-kayttajatili.fi/en/benefits). You can also redeem offers through that when logged in to the webpage on a mobile device.

  • If you have opted out of marketing, we cannot use all your information to target coupons and other content. In this case, available content is displayed ordered by distance from Helsinki Central Railway Station. Offers that are intended only for adults (such as alcohol-related offers) cannot be displayed. However, all other general offers are still available to you. You can also search for offers directly by typing a keyword into the search field, such as ‘Prisma.’ Please ensure you select the correct location, as the list may also include other stores and service points within Prisma’s premises.

    If you block marketing, the change is reflected in the recommendation calculation, and updates to ‘Offers and Tips’ are visible within two days.

    Similarly, if you cancel the block, the change is reflected in the front content within two days.
