S USER ACCOUNT - YOUR KEY TO S GROUP'S SERVICES

You need an S User Account to log in to S Group’s online stores or use S Group’s mobile applications. When you link your S-Etukortti card to your S User Account, you'll earn Bonus and get access to other co-op member's benefits for your online purchases as well.

HOW TO CREATE AN S USER ACCOUNT
  1. Go to the address s-kayttajatili.fi/en and click on “Create an S User Account”.
  2. Enter your email address and click “Continue”.
  3. Confirm your email address by entering the confirmation code sent to your email.
  4. Link your S-Etukortti Card to your S User Account – be prepared to authenticate with your online banking credentials.
  5. Check and complete any missing contact information and accept the terms of use.
  6. Confirm your phone number so you can log in with text messages in the future.

You don’t need to remember a separate password; you’ll always receive a confirmation code for your chosen login method.

REMEMBER TO CONFIRM YOUR PHONE NUMBER

By confirming your phone number, you enhance the security of your S User Account. This allows you to log in with text messages instead of email in the future. Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Go to the address s-kayttajatili.fi/en and log in to the service with your email address.
  2. Check that your phone number is correct.
  3. Select “Confirm phone number”.
  4. Enter the confirmation code you received via text message on your phone.
MANAGE YOUR CUSTOMER INFORMATION WITH AN S USER ACCOUNT

An S User Account is more than just a means of logging into our online services. At s-kayttajatili.fi/en, you can also manage and update your own customer information:

  • Invite family members to earn Bonus and enjoy cooperative member benefits.
  • Check your Bonus earnings and discounts received.
  • View e-receipts for your purchases and opt out of paper receipts.
  • Review and edit your customer information, including updating your email address and phone number.
  • Access your current benefits and coupons.

LOGGING IN TO YOUR S USER ACCOUNT

  1. Click on the "Login" link in the top right corner of the website.
  2. Enter your email address or verified phone number.

If your S-Etukortti card is linked to your S User Account, you can also log in with your bank credentials:

  3. Select "Bank credentials" and your preferred bank or mobile ID.
  4. Follow the instructions provided on the bank's website, and you will automatically return logged in to the S Group's website.

Frequently Asked Questions about the S User Account

  • The S Group’s online stores that require an S User Account for login are: s-kaupat.fi, prisma.fi, sokos.fi, and sokoshotels.fi

  • You can change your email address either in the S-mobiili app or at s-useraccount.fi/en.

    In S-mobiili app: Open S-mobiili and go to the “Minä” section > Select “Omat tiedot” under your name > Go to your  Email and enter your new email address + click “Confirm” > Open the confirmation email sent to your inbox and note down the confirmation code > enter the confirmation code.

    On S User Account website: Go to s-kayttajatili.fi/en and log in to the service. On the “My information” page, you will see the email address associated with your account. > Click the “Edit” button > Enter your new email address and click “Confirm” > Open the confirmation email sent to your inbox and note down the confirmation code > enter the confirmation code.

    Similarly, you can also change your phone number either in the S-Mobile app or on the S-User Account page.

  • Q: I forgot my S User Account username, how can I find it?

    A: Your username is your email address.

    If you no longer have access to the email account associated with your S User Account, you can log in using your online banking credentials, provided that you have linked your own S-Etukortti to your customer information.

    Here’s how to log in with online banking credentials:

    1. Enter your email address (the one you no longer have access to) on the screen and select “Online Banking Credentials” from the next screen.
    2. Complete the authentication process on your chosen bank’s page.
    3. Immediately after logging in, change the email address in your customer information to one you have access to.
